San Francisco’s Matcha Ice Cream Is Too Matcha-y! 🥢🤩

📍 Store Name: Kiss of Matcha 📌 Address: 750 Clement St, San Francisco, CA 94118 Their matcha flavor is super intense, with a slight bitterness that I absolutely love and highly recommend! The matcha latte is even more impressive than the ice cream. The matcha and vanilla ice cream combo is better than the pure matcha version, which can be a bit overwhelming—either because it’s too sweet (my theory) or too bitter (according to my friends) 🤔. Kiss of Matcha Parfait (Half Matcha, Half Vanilla) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Recommended by the staff! Mixing the two flavors of ice cream is delicious! The parfait is packed with toppings—everything you could want, including grass jelly, red beans, and little cakes at the bottom. It’s very filling. The croissant waffle on top is super fragrant, and while my friends loved the mochi balls, I found them just okay. The matcha mochi was fun to eat but not mind-blowing. Matcha Bamboo Parfait 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This one looks amazing but isn’t as good as the first. Maybe it’s because the pure matcha flavor, while bitter, is also a bit too sweet and overwhelming. It’s hard to enjoy because it feels too rich. The toppings include chestnuts, and there’s only matcha mochi on top. I probably won’t order this again. Ube Matcha Latte with Unsweetened Oat Milk (No Ice) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended! I’m still thinking about it! This latte is way better than their ice cream parfaits. The matcha flavor is rich, not cloying, and not too bitter. The ube is best enjoyed with the cream on top, and it doesn’t have a strong artificial flavor. #IceCream #Matcha #MatchaLover #SanFranciscoTravel #SanFranciscoFood #SanFranciscoEats #SanFranciscoTourism #SanFranciscoMatchaIceCream
