The yolk of the poached egg is especially delicious, similar to the soft-boiled eggs in Japan, but! The egg white is terrible, with a sour and strange taste that almost made me gag! Beef Fried Rice with Omelette 💰22 I have to say it as it is! Although the bacon is nauseatingly bad, this omelette rice is my favorite! It feels like having authentic omelette rice in France! The egg is rich, wrapping the fragrant fried rice. The beef and onions with soft and delicious rice and egg coating are just amazing! The sauce is a bit sour and salty, average, not adding any particular charm but not a fault either!
