This place is incredibly popular, with lines out the door! Their pho is so genuinely delicious that I’m at a loss for words. The bowl is huge—one person definitely can’t finish it. The short rib is massive and incredibly tender, falling off the bone and melting in your mouth when paired with the noodles. It’s a symphony of flavors! There are two locations, one in San Francisco and one in San Mateo.
