Originally wanted to book **SAN HO WON**, but no luck even a week in advance πŸ₯²β€”so we opted for **BANSANG**, a **Michelin Recommended** spot in 2023 & 2024! πŸ’β€β™€οΈ Reserved for 7:45 PM, and the place was *packed* (only our table was left!). 🍸 **Drinks:** Tried two cocktailsβ€”**Yujamong (P10)** and **Sun of A Peach πŸ‘**. *Yujamong wins!* The peach one’s sake blend was just okay. 🍽️ **Food Highlights:** πŸ¦ͺ **Uni Scallop Toast**: **Santa Barbara uni** on crispy-soft breadβ€”*heavenly*! πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈ πŸ₯© **Galbi Ribeye**: Tender, well-sauced (not too salty!), +$5 for veggie wraps πŸ₯¬. πŸ” **Crispy Fried Chicken**: Decent, but not mind-blowing. 🍰 **Desserts:** 🍐 **Pear Sorbet**: Refreshing, but simple. 🍰 **Sponge Cake + Toffee Syrup & Dates**: **Layered perfection!** (My fav.) πŸ’° **Total for Two:** ~$200 (pre-tip) + 5% SF mandate fee. πŸ“„ **Fun Touch:** Dessert menu came as a *pocket-sized card* (forgot to snap a pic!). **Verdict:** **Worth the Michelin hype!** 🍻 #SFfoodie #MichelinEats
