San Francisco Cuisine ✨ High-Quality Korean Fusion Dishes
I originally planned to visit Rintaro in the city, but unfortunately, the walk-in attempt failed ☹️. Fortunately, my friend had this place on their bucket list as a backup, and it turned out to be both visually stunning and delicious! 💯 Around 5:30 p.m., we were able to walk in directly. This restaurant offers creative Korean-Western fusion cuisine. The atmosphere was great, and it wasn’t crowded. 🐂 Korean Steak Tartare A delightful surprise! The raw beef tartare is incredibly tender and fresh. The seasoning is quite strong, which is typical for Korean-style marinated raw beef. The dish is seasoned with pear puree, and the pear’s natural sweetness perfectly balances the saltiness of the Korean sauce. It’s really delicious! 😋 🥪 Uni Scallop Toast This dish seems to be a favorite at every table, but the portion is really small! Splitting one piece between two people is definitely not enough. It’s worth getting one per person. Judging by the presentation, it’s hard to imagine it being anything but delicious. 🍚 Rice Cake & Chorizo Korean-style fried rice cakes. Although it’s labeled as vegan, it’s served with Spanish chorizo. The combination is quite addictive, seasoned with a rich Korean sweet and spicy sauce. We felt the dish was a bit too salty in the aftertaste. 🐟 Gochujang Black Cod The black cod is incredibly tender, and the accompanying mung bean sprouts are surprisingly delicious. They are smoked over charcoal, and even the seemingly unassuming side dishes feel thoughtfully prepared. 🍹 Mocktail The non-alcoholic drinks are excellent and worth trying. My friend’s mocktail, a ginger beer, was highly praised. If you’re a fan of ginger, you should definitely give it a try. #BayAreaCuisine #BayAreaEats #BayAreaLife
