San Francisco Food Review โ 10 Butchers Korean BBQ ๐ฅฉ๐ฅ
Finally tried the much-hyped 10 Butchers Korean BBQ โ the meat quality definitely lives up to the price! ๐ฅฉ Meat Highlights: ๐ A5 Rib Eye โ So rich and buttery, melts in your mouth. Though, quietly admitting... the A5 in Japan still wins ๐. Staff grilled it perfectly, served with wasabi just like in Japan. ๐ US Wagyu Short Rib โ Recommended by the server as โespecially good todayโ โ and it was! Tender, flavorful with just a sprinkle of salt. ๐ Marinated Bone-In Short Rib โ My kidโs favorite! Even preferred it over the wagyu ๐. Well-marinated, not overly processed. ๐ฎ US Wagyu Beef Tongue โ Fresh and tasty, though still not as satisfying as the real meat cuts. ๐ฅข Sides & Extras: ๐ Japchae โ Glass noodles with veggies. A bit oily alongside BBQ โ go for something lighter if you want balance. ๐ฅฃ Seafood Tofu Soup โ Standard, but the โspicyโ level had us breathing fire ๐ฅ. Server kindly split it into two bowls for us. ๐ฅฌ Banchan โ Loved the pickled perilla leaves with BBQ! Their kimchi is one of my favorites, though other sides arenโt as strong as Kunjip Tofuโs. Overall โ a solid, quality KBBG experience with great service. Worth the visit if youโre craving premium grilled meat! #10Butchers #KoreanBBQ #WagyuSF #SanFranciscoEats #BBQLovers #PremiumMeat #KBBQReview #BayAreaFoodie #MeatHeaven #DiningOutSF
