San Francisco Food Review — 10 Butchers Korean BBQ 🥩🔥
Finally tried the much-hyped 10 Butchers Korean BBQ — the meat quality definitely lives up to the price! 🥩 Meat Highlights: 🍖 A5 Rib Eye – So rich and buttery, melts in your mouth. Though, quietly admitting... the A5 in Japan still wins 😉. Staff grilled it perfectly, served with wasabi just like in Japan. 🍖 US Wagyu Short Rib – Recommended by the server as “especially good today” — and it was! Tender, flavorful with just a sprinkle of salt. 🍖 Marinated Bone-In Short Rib – My kid’s favorite! Even preferred it over the wagyu 😄. Well-marinated, not overly processed. 🐮 US Wagyu Beef Tongue – Fresh and tasty, though still not as satisfying as the real meat cuts. 🥢 Sides & Extras: 🍜 Japchae – Glass noodles with veggies. A bit oily alongside BBQ — go for something lighter if you want balance. 🥣 Seafood Tofu Soup – Standard, but the “spicy” level had us breathing fire 🔥. Server kindly split it into two bowls for us. 🥬 Banchan – Loved the pickled perilla leaves with BBQ! Their kimchi is one of my favorites, though other sides aren’t as strong as Kunjip Tofu’s. Overall — a solid, quality KBBG experience with great service. Worth the visit if you’re craving premium grilled meat! #10Butchers #KoreanBBQ #WagyuSF #SanFranciscoEats #BBQLovers #PremiumMeat #KBBQReview #BayAreaFoodie #MeatHeaven #DiningOutSF
