Thick pasta with tomato and squid sauce, served with baby octopus, has a texture and flavor reminiscent of Chinese braised noodles. 👉Cicciones cun Crema de Casu $27👍👍 Truffles Potato Gnocchi. 👉Spaghittusu cun Allu Ollu e Bottariga $28 Bottariga is a traditional Sardinian ingredient, made from ground, salted, and dried fish roe, hence it is quite salty. The pasta is al dente, and the acceptance of this pasta's flavor really varies from person to person. 👉Prupisceddu in Umidu cun Tomatiga $20 The slightly spicy tomato stewed baby octopus is worth a try; the octopus is well-cooked, with a slight fishy aftertaste.
