The finely mashed potatoes are mixed with caviar and bacon bits. For some reason, it reminded me of the taste of Lay’s potato chips. Hahaha. ✨ Grilled Bone-in Pork Chop $52 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious! The pork is perfectly cooked, and the accompanying special sauerkraut is great with rice. Just a tad salty. ✨ BBQ Liberty Half Duck $74 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A must-order signature dish! The duck is incredibly tender, and the peanut fried rice in the middle is so good that you’ll find yourself eating bite after bite. ✨ Riverdog Farm Pig Head $16 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s rare to see pig head dishes in the US!
