San Jose Restaurant Recommendation | Cheesecake Factory
One-sentence summary: Tasty, huge portions, nice presentation, great service, and clean! 🍽️👍 Swipe right for the bill 🧾 — Three of us couldn’t finish everything. We ended up taking two and a half slices of cake home 😅, and even the complimentary bread! The dark one was especially delicious. The Gumbo risotto exceeded expectations — definitely ordering it again next time! 😍 It’s hard to describe exactly why it’s so good, but the actual taste is much richer than what photos show. The sauce really suits the Chinese palate too — no weird dressing aftertaste. The Pasta Carbonara was also amazing 😊, and the portion was enormous! We only ordered these two dishes, and all three of us were stuffed. The noodles had a texture similar to Chinese mixed noodles — not too firm, with just the right amount of creaminess. I’m usually not a fan of heavy cream sauces. We got two lemon-flavored cakes 🍋. The slight sourness balanced the sweetness perfectly. Not mind-blowing, but really pleasant! Drinks: Japanese Whiskey Sour 🥃: Worth a try! Yuzu flavor, well-balanced in sweetness and alcohol. Coconut Mojito 🥥: My friend said the coconut taste was pretty strong. Passion Fruit Mojito: Pretty standard. Tips: The service was truly outstanding 👏! Our server even let us know when his shift ended and introduced the waitress taking over. Everything was handled with such care and attention. We left a 20% tip — felt truly well taken care of! 💯 Weekends are meant for enjoying good food 😭❤️! And the area around is great for walking too — so refreshing! #SanJoseFood #CheesecakeFactory #CaliforniaCuisine #BayAreaEats #FoodShare #FoodHeals #LocalFood #FoodRecs #RestaurantRecommendation #PastaLover
