Santa Fe, New Mexico|Two Days & Two Nights of Delicious Eats! 🍽️✨
Spent two lovely days in Santa Fe with friends—here’s my food diary! 📝 🌶️ La Boca ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A popular Spanish spot online. Santa Fe restaurants often add a Mexican twist—like their Fish Taco with crispy sausage 🌮. Loved the Bruschetta—baguette soaked in truffle mushroom sauce, salty and addictive! Paella, steak, and mussels were just okay. Long wait + high expectations = a bit overrated. But the ambiance was nice! 🌶️ Izanami ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Japanese restaurant inside the famous Ten Thousand Waves spa hotel 🏮. Highlights: Wagyu Ishiyaki (yum!), Black Sesame Noodles 🖤, and Hojicha Panna Cotta (so good!). Skip the chestnut cake. Not mind-blowing, but decent. 🌶️ Paloma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Found this gem on Resy near City Center! Went for brunch 🥑. Ordered: Ceviche, Short Rib Hash (with black beans—very Mexican!), and PAN FRANCESA 🍞💖 The French toast was a standout—firm, easy to cut, made with house brioche, and served with guava maple syrup + light cream. Sweet perfection! The decor had cute Peruvian vibes, and service was great. 🌶️ Iconik Coffee Roasters ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stumbled upon this coffee shop—what a hidden treasure! ☕️ Got the Horchata Latte—smooth and well-balanced. Also tried the Matcha Latte—not too sweet, just right. 📌 Tip: Reservations are recommended in Santa Fe! It’s tourist-friendly but never too crowded. The slow pace and earthy Adobe buildings 🧱, plus strings of drying chili peppers (ristras) 🌶️, give off a warm, hometown vibe. Fun fact: Hanging ristras isn’t just for drying—it’s a New Mexican tradition symbolizing hospitality and good luck! Consider bringing back chili-themed souvenirs. 🎁 #FoodDiary #SantaFeEats #NewMexicoFood #TravelEats #BrunchGoals #CoffeeLover #LocalFlavors #CulturalBites #AdobeVibes #FoodieTravel
