The presentation might look simple, but it’s an absolute must-visit in Santa Fe. 👍 Rarely do I find Western cuisine this satisfying—they even serve a complimentary pink welcome drink if you’re not ordering alcohol! 🥂 🦀 Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes First bite = pure amazement! Not your typical fried American style—light, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. 🦢 Pan-Seared Foie Gras Rich, buttery, and generously portioned. The accompaniments were thoughtfully chosen and balanced. 🐑 New Mexico Four Corners Grilled Rack of Lamb A star dish! Tender lamb with green pea purée—huge portion and incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend! 🍋 Fresh Meyer Lemon Crêpe After all that protein, a sweet-tart lemon dessert was perfect.
