If there’s one dining experience in Santa Fe you can’t miss, it’s Geronimo! 📍 724 Canyon Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87501 This French-inspired fine dining spot ranks in the top 5 restaurants nationwide on Tripadvisor year after year. While the plating may look simple, the flavors are anything but! We don’t always love Western food, but this place won us over — starting with a complimentary pink welcome drink (non-alcoholic 🥂). Here’s what we loved: 🦀 Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes Not your typical fried version — light, fresh, and absolutely stunning! 🦢 Pan-Seared Foie Gras Rich, buttery, and perfectly paired with thoughtful accompaniments. 🐑 New Mexico Four Corners Grilled Rack of Lamb A star dish! Huge portion with a delicious green pea sauce — highly recommend. 🍋 Fresh Meyer Lemon Crêpe Bright, sweet-tart, and refreshing after a protein-heavy meal (though a bit heavy on the cream).
