The texture is perfectly chewy, and it’s seasoned just right—not too oily or salty. The soup itself is delicious with a mild chili flavor, though I still prefer classic clam chowder. 😄🍲 • Combination Plate – I went with the cheese enchilada and blue corn burrito, plus a side of pork carne adovada. Honestly, it was just okay. The beans weren’t as soft as I hoped, and the meat was cut into small pieces—easy to chew but not fall-apart tender.
