Santa Fe Food Diary 🇺🇸!!!!🌵
🌶️ Paloma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A gem I found on Resy near the City Center! We went for brunch and loved the vibe 🏙️🍽️. Ordered: Ceviche – Fresh and zesty! 🐟🍋 Short Rib Hash – Served with black bean puree — so Mexican and so good! 🥘🌮 PAN FRANCES – My FAVE! 😍 It’s like French toast but better — not soggy, easy to cut, made with house brioche that’s slightly chewy 🍞✨. The guava-infused maple syrup and light crème made it a memorable sweet treat! The restaurant décor has cute South American/Peruvian touches 🇵🇪💛, and the service was friendly and attentive! 🌶️ Iconik Coffee Roasters ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stumbled upon this coffee spot and was pleasantly surprised! ☕🤎 The space is cozy and full of character — a true hidden gem! I ordered the Horchata Latte — perfectly balanced and not too sweet 🌾🥛. Also tried the Matcha Latte 🍵 – smooth and just right! 📌 Tip: Making reservations in Santa Fe is a good idea — it’s tourist-friendly but not overly crowded 👥🍃. The slow pace and earthy adobe buildings give off such a nostalgic, “back home” feeling 🧱🌶️. Everywhere you look, there are strings of drying chiles (ristras) hanging — which in New Mexican culture symbolize hospitality and good luck 🍀❤️. Perfect souvenir idea: something with chile elements! 🌶️🎁 Loved the mix of flavor, culture, and calm here — Santa Fe, you’ve stolen my heart! 💫 #USA#SantaFe#SantaFeEats #NewMexicoFood #PalomaRestaurant #IconikCoffee #BrunchGoals #HorchataLatte
