Sao Paulo 🇧🇷 Gallery | Art and administrative space coexist
🎨 Nara Roesler Gallery | São Paulo: A Mesmerizing Fusion of Art and Space 🌟 🏠 Nara Roesler Gallery | São Paulo 🗺️ Address: Av. Europa, 655 - Jardim Europa, São Paulo - SP, 01449-001 I first visited this gallery on a Saturday, and I was instantly head over heels for it! 🥰 Stepping inside felt like entering the office straight out of a Huang Yimei - inspired world. 🤩 The exhibition spaces and administrative areas are all housed within the same building, and here’s the best part—almost the entire area is open to the public! 🤯 Maybe it’s not officially open everywhere, but with all the doors wide open, it sure feels like the public can wander in freely. I’m absolutely in love with its spatial design, and here are the key aspects: 1. Transparent Interaction of Spaces 🔄 The different functional areas here blend and interact seamlessly. There’s no clear - cut separation between the administrative and art display spaces. As you stroll around, you might unexpectedly find yourself in the open - office area, and guess what? This impromptu scene becomes part of the exhibition itself! 🎭 It breaks the traditional boundaries, making every step a new discovery. 2. Indoor - Outdoor Harmony 🌳 The gallery also excels at blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. There’s an atrium inside that welcomes sunlight and greenery with open arms. 🌞🌿 When you look out from the glass windows on the second floor, it’s hard to tell where the indoors end and the outdoors begin. It’s like they’ve melted into one beautiful whole. 3. Intricate Spatial Layout 🔍 I spent ages exploring the gallery, but I still couldn’t quite figure out its spatial layout. 🤔 As an exhibition venue, it doesn’t need to have a straightforward layout. Some might find it confusing, but for me, this mysterious and winding design adds layers of richness and makes it incredibly fun to explore! 🎉 I’ve forgotten some other details since this note has been sitting in my drafts for so long, but I can still vividly recall the excitement I felt during my visit. 🥳 It’s definitely worth a visit! #ArtExhibition #ExhibitionCuration
