But I wasn't in the mood for a buffet that day, and the wait time was at least an hour (apparently, the store was hosting an event 🎉). So, I ordered a vegan burger for takeout instead. Just like other diners waiting outside with their drinks, I sat right at the store entrance and dug in! The first bite was an absolute revelation 👏! It tasted surprisingly delicious and perfectly replicated the flavor of a regular burger, and it even had that "meaty" taste! The best part? I didn't feel heavy or greasy after eating it, and it was super filling 👍! It was an amazing vegan experience! Let's take a look at its recipe 📋: "Chef Carol's falafel sandwich, made with chickpeas, sesame seeds, garlic aioli, tomatoes, arugula, vegan honey, and mustard." Speaking of which, I've noticed that the world of veganism can be quite particular 🤭. Some vegan schools of thought don't even accept foods derived from animals, including honey, eggs, and dairy.
