The overall experience is excellent, with some dishes involving games, others with spices and bread made right in front of you, and more. It’s worth mentioning that throughout the meal, there’s also a comic-style presentation about Portugal’s influence on the world, which is a fun experience. At the end, you’ll even see the names of all the staff involved, with attention to detail at its peak. 💁♂️ The service is excellent. After each course, the waitstaff promptly clean the table, and the dishes are served simultaneously by the corresponding number of servers. All the details are well taken care of, making the 10% service fee a willingly paid expense. 😋 Particularly fond of the shrimp dishes, both of which were cooked to perfection. It seems they use a blowtorch or a quick blanching method, achieving a perfect balance between raw and cooked. The shrimp have the sweet and glutinous texture of sashimi and the bouncy texture of cooked shrimp, a combination that is truly satisfying. The 12-course meal costs around 2000 yuan per person, which is quite cost-effective for a two-star Michelin experience. The seaside view seats typically need to be booked 3 to 4 months in advance.
