Seattle | Argosy Cruise 🛥️ Snapshot with the Skyline on Board
Although the official website suggests arriving an hour early, the ticket check-in 🎫 doesn’t start until 20 minutes before the boat departs. We sat on the second level, which was really not crowded. The sides have windows with seats and tables, and in the middle, there are many chairs. Basically, no one sits in the middle. Maybe because it’s Monday and everyone’s at work? There’s a small bar 🍹 with a pretty comprehensive selection of drinks and snacks, and the prices aren’t too expensive either ✅ The third-level deck has only outdoor seating 🪑, but Seattle in winter is just too cold. Wait until the return trip to go up and just take pictures of the Seattle skyline 🏙️. Then, to the right as the boat turns around, there’s the container terminal. The guide mentioned there might be sea lions 🦭? But we didn’t see any 🤦🏻♀️ They might be there though. When the boat turned back to the dock, the sky cleared up ☀️, making for some great photos 📸. The one-hour cruise comes with commentary on the buildings and stories along the way. ‼️Strongly recommend sitting on the right side‼️ You can get a photo with the 🎡 Ferris Wheel when heading out to sea, and with the 🏢 skyscrapers on the return trip.
