Second Visit to Orlando's Michelin One-Star Natsu Omakase

I went to Natsu for the second time, and while the dishes were still quite delicious, they didn't quite hit the same heights as my first visit. I think the main reason was that during my first visit, the textures of adjacent dishes varied significantly, creating a strong sense of contrast. This time, the flavors of the later sushi dishes felt less distinct, and I think rearranging the order might have improved the experience. šŸ£ Last time, I saw the guests at the next table personally select their sake glasses before drinking. I wanted to try that this time, so I ordered the sake pairing. However, instead of letting each person choose their own glass, they simply switched to a different type of glass for each sake. I wonder how I can get to choose my own glass next time. (When I walked in this time, it felt like the kitchen was filled with smoke, as if something had exploded. I wonder what happened there that day.) šŸ”„ šŸ’° **Price**: $180 **Nigiri Sake Pairing**: $65 #Sushi #Michelin #GourmetAdventure #CulinaryDelight #RestaurantRecommendation #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseFood #JapaneseDining #Foodie #Omakase #ImmersiveJapaneseCuisine #Yakitori #Orlando
