Seoul Gom Tang: Korean cuisine in Oakland
π²π I absolutely love their beef soup; make sure to order galbi tang, it's incredibly refreshing, not at all greasy and heavy like snow vegetable soup. The light and healthy version is really wholesome, and you can also customize it by adding your own pepper and salt. The beef in the soup is as generous as if it were homemade, with a super amount, about 4-5 pieces, the size of half a fist, which is incredibly satisfying to eat, it's so delightful! There are also plenty of other ingredients, and it's rare these days to find a place that's willing to include enoki mushrooms in such generous amounts! For such a large portion, it's only $20, which is really surprising. π« The seafood kimchi pancake is also incredibly delicious, baked to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, for only $13, it's packed with shrimp, squid, and crab sticks, and the green onions inside are the soul of the dish! π₯ The stone pot mixed rice is a series of affordable and large portions, filled with beef and vegetables, but the taste is on the lighter side and not very heavy. The part that sticks to the pot and becomes crispy is very tasty. However, I prefer the one at the Hmart in San Jose; this one is just average in comparison. π΄Seoul Gom Tang π 3801 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA 94609 #Oakland#Seoul Gom Tang # Korean cuisine
