Tucked away in the city, Prik Hom is that rare find: a Thai restaurant you can actually book (hello, Resy credits!) that also delivers unforgettable flavors. We visited during their autumn menu — and wow, were we blown away. The chef’s mastery of sauces and balance shines through in every dish. Each flavor feels intentional, creative, and deeply satisfying — a true celebration of Thai-inspired craft with soul. We started with two stunning appetizers: 🍋 Lemongrass Scallops – A signature dish. Mixed together, the sauce and scallops create a burst of umami and freshness. 🦀 Soft-Shell Crab Salad – Light, crispy crab over a refreshing, tangy salad. We scraped the plate clean! For mains: 🍛 Curry – Solid and well-executed. 🍤 Grilled Prawns – Reminded me of rich, savory Chinese-style “butterfly shrimp,” served with brilliant purple yam fries — a perfect touch. 🍨 Smoked Coconut Ice Cream – Served with a birthday-candle smoke effect 🕯️🌫️.
