SF Ramen | HINODEYA Ramen

Last night I saw a long line outside this place and mentally added it to my eating list 🍜📝. Today it happened to be raining, and when I noticed no line, I rushed in for a hot bowl of ramen 🌧️🚪. 「House Ramen」 A classic Japanese-style ramen — lighter than the creamy version, broth is refreshing and the toppings are generous. 「Creamy…」 (forgot the full name 😅) The broth is fragrant with a slight spicy kick. The minced pork and mushrooms paired perfectly. I went with light salt — just right, and it kept me reaching for another bite. 「Chicken Karaage」 Japanese-style fried chicken — thin, crispy coating (not heavily breaded), a bit firm but works well as a side snack. We ordered light salt for both bowls.
