Finally got the chance to dine at the much-anticipated Early June in Paris. It lives up to its reputation as a favorite among locals, with people starting to line up half an hour before the doors open (reservations are only accepted for groups of four or more). Being a travelling chef, you can experience different cuisines each time you visit. Tonight features a chef from Ireland 🧑‍🍳. Every dish was absolutely delicious 🥹. I initially planned to order just two, but ended up adding more until I was completely full, haha. The advantage of sitting at the bar is being able to watch the chefs' cooking process up close and receive service directly from the chef, hehe. BTW, the staff here are really interesting! Everyone is cheerful, like good friends gathering together.
