Shocked by the Exquisite Appetizers of the Treasure Japanese Ramen TOSAKKO

🧐A newly opened Japanese ramen place in Chatelet that my sisters raved about. The appetizers are really exquisite, so exquisite that you might mistake it for a French meal. The appetizers are named after the four seasons, each with its own characteristics. My favorite is the foie gras, paired with fig jam, and the cucumber underneath perfectly balances the richness of the foie gras, blending very well. 👍The main dish at a ramen restaurant is, of course, ramen. I chose the tonkotsu ramen; the broth is rich, and the slices of pork are very fragrant. The Miso and mixed noodles chosen by my friend were also delicious. The curry rice was slightly inferior compared to the ramen. 🧩There are many seats inside the shop, and the lantern decorations on the ceiling are also quite distinctive.
