Shop Exploration | My Most Satisfactory Restaurant! Full Marks🌟🌟🌟

🪄 This restaurant is hidden on the third floor of the Pinault Museum, originally the stock exchange. I just planned to have a meal with my mom before visiting the exhibition, but I didn't expect the food to be so excellent!! 🌾 La Halle aux Grains restaurant has a theme of seeds and grains. In fact, this museum was formerly a wheat trading market. The chef continues the history and develops dishes around grains and seeds. 🍪 The appetizer is a quinoa shortbread cookie, followed by a bowl of hot, fragrant, and refreshing fish soup to start the delicious journey: First Courses: 🐙 Octopus with smoked mashed potatoes, smoked mashed potatoes and quinoa, orange oil and vinegar, fennel root, and fresh, flavorful fried octopus legs. 🐮 Butter-fried veal sweetbreads with a morel mushroom sauce, the buttery aroma and the scent of morels perfectly blended, and the strong autumn atmosphere comes to life! Main Courses: 🐟 Pan-fried green cod with seasonal vegetables, a creamy sauce with a refreshing lemon and crab flavor! 🦌 Venison with pearl barley! The special game flavor is paired with Nepalese pepper berries, and the meat is very chewy. If you don't like game, it's recommended to order other meats. 🥔 The main course also comes with cheese mashed potatoes, a simple and bold deliciousness! Desserts: 🍮 Rye walnut brick, with a flowing walnut sauce, paired with Ethiopian coffee ice cream! Don't judge it by its appearance; I don't even know how to describe its perfection. Rye, coffee, walnuts, the most favorite dessert I've had in recent years!! 💘 In short, every dish, from start to finish, every detail, sauce, side dish, theme, and presentation is flawless! Fresh and excellent ingredients revolve around the taste of autumn, so delicious that we kept exclaiming in amazement, wanting to lick every plate clean! 🫡 Chef Bras and his son, respect!! 🫡 I even bought their cookbook after the meal! Wanting to keep all the delicious creations they made! 💰 The average cost per person is about 60-100, with set menus available. However, the lunch set menu didn't include the dishes I wanted to eat, so we ordered à la carte. After eating, I felt that with the level of these two chefs, all dishes would be delicious! Next time, I'll go for the 7-course menu! The restaurant environment is also very comfortable, cozy, and designed. ‼️ Highly recommended!!! Sharing the happiness of delicious food with you~❣️ Be sure to make a reservation in advance, as it was fully booked even on a Monday at noon. #Paris #ParisExploration #ParisFood #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenFrenchRestaurant #OneHundredShopsExplorationPlan
