Singapore Cuisine | High-Quality Steakhouse with a Nostalgic Twist to London's Flat Iron

If you're craving an affordable steak, the Australian Angus steak here is of high quality and reasonably priced. This time we tried the Sanchoku Wagyu Australian Direct Kobe Beef Set, which is rich in fat and incredibly satisfying. Before the meal, we had the crispy sourdough bread, freshly baked to perfection, followed by a dish of Raclette Cheese, perfect for pairing with bread. The cheese ๐Ÿซ• is rich and stringy, complemented by the salty and crispy bacon bits ๐Ÿฅ“ that enhance the flavor. The steaks were M6-7 Tri Tip and M4-5 Wagyu flank, one with an even distribution of fat, and the other with a clear distinction between lean and fatty parts, offering a firmer texture. The higher-grade Wagyu was cooked to perfection, succulent and melting in your mouth; the other was primarily about the rich meat flavor, which pairs well with a sprinkle of sea salt ๐Ÿง‚ The most delightful surprises of the evening were the two side dishes that came with the steak: creamy mashed potatoes and char-grilled Brussels sprouts ๐Ÿฅฌ. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, while the Brussels sprouts were sweet and slightly charred, with crispy edges complemented by the texture of fried garlic. For dessert ๐Ÿฎ, we had the classic Tiramisu, with a perfect balance of wine, cocoa powder, and coffee essence. Located next to the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Fat Belly enjoys a great location with atmospheric lighting in the evening, perfect for dates. With an open kitchen for grilling steaks and reasonable prices, it's a perfect alternative to expensive steakhouses.
