Singapore Travel Tips for Recent Travelers 🇸🇬

I spent 5 days in Singapore and, while the memories are still fresh, I've quickly compiled this guide to help you avoid some pitfalls! Here it is for those of you planning a trip to Singapore soon 🌟 Night Safari: Not necessary to visit! It's really dark, and you can't see much. It's very straining on the eyes, and there's no need to rush there before dusk. We've seen those animals in our country too! Universal Studios Express Pass: Worth getting, as the crowds have been quite large lately. It's right next to the S.E.A. Aquarium, so you can easily visit both in one day. Jumbo Seafood: Make reservations in advance through their public WeChat account. The chili crab 🦀️ tastes a bit like scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and I personally think it's quite good. Merlion Park at Night: The atmosphere is hard not to love 💕. There are many people enjoying the view, listening to music, sitting down, eating, and chatting. You can also enjoy free concerts, making it a very pleasant experience for friends! Bring an Umbrella ☔️: It often rains, mostly showers 🌦️. Carry a lightweight folding umbrella just in case. Duration of Stay: I spent 5 days, but upon arriving in Singapore, I realized that 3 days would have been enough. Singapore is quite small, and many places are close to each other. Sentosa Cable Car: The cable car ride to Sentosa is definitely worth taking 🚠. Crossing the Road: Remember to press the red button 🔴 and follow traffic rules. Be careful about fines 💲. Gardens by the Bay at Night: Better for photos in the evening. If you're just looking at the Supertrees, you don't need to buy a ticket! The ticket is for the large botanical garden inside, which is worth visiting if you like plants. Fines in Singapore: There are many fines! Although I didn't encounter any, reading about various fines online is quite astonishing. Please be mindful!
