🧱 Skip Disney—Legoland Wins for Toddlers!
Disclaimer: Disney is MAGICAL—no contest. 🎆 No fairy-tale castles, cutesy parades, or nostalgic shows here. But here’s the catch: Little kids (and non-Disney-obsessed ones) won’t “get” Disney’s magic. My 4-year-old son (now 5) couldn’t handle most rides—overstimulating and scary. 😢 At Legoland, his tears were different: heartbreak over leaving his custom-built Ferrari behind. 🚗💔 🚶♂️ 1. Physical Exhaustion Disney = 166x larger than Legoland. 😱 We once trudged 20,000+ steps daily in Orlando’s heat—exhausting for adults, let alone kids needing naps/carries. Disney feels like a military operation. 🪖 Legoland? A vacation. 🏖️ Legoland Layout: 3 parks: Main Park, Water Park, and Peppa Pig (skipped—too “babyish” for my almost-5-year-old). 🐷 3-day Main+Water Park pass = perfect pace. ⏰ 2. Shorter Hours = Less Stress At Disney, we’d “grind” 13-hour days. 😴 At Legoland? Relaxed vibes: Main Park opens at 10 AM (early entry at 9:30 AM for shops/play zones). 🛒 Water Park (inside Main Park) opens at 11 AM. Closing varies (5–7 PM). No need to camp at gates hours early!
