It specializes in seafood tapas, and the dishes are even more delicious than I expected. The bread is fragrant, the lobster is chewy, and the ratio of lobster to sauce is just right. The signature buckwheat pancake is amazing. 🍃 The crispy pancake is filled with lots of smoked tuna. The pancake has a hint of sweetness, and the taste is very rich. The Japanese buri is also delicious. It's fresh and has a hint of peas. The abalone skewers are full of the flavor of charcoal, and they are very fragrant.
