So Delicious!!! A Hidden Gem in Las Vegas – BESO 🇧🇬✨

Last week, my family and I went on vacation to Las Vegas. The first few days we followed food guides and tried buffets, but the long lines were exhausting. 😫 On our last night, we wanted somewhere quiet and different—and we stumbled upon BESO Restaurant, a Bulgarian spot loved by locals. It was absolutely amazing!!! I can’t recommend it enough!!! 🙌💖 🍴 Appetizers: The portion sizes surprised us right away! We ordered a recommended bread dish, thinking it’d be small—but it came out huge, covering the whole plate! 🍞 The cheese inside was rich but not heavy, and the bread was fluffy and delicate. Everyone loved it! We also tried the peach salad—blue cheese was a bit strong, so it’s for those who love bold flavors. The lobster bisque was served in a big bowl—enough for three people! 🥣 🍽️ Main Courses: • Grilled Squid 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 – Juicy, tender, perfectly cooked—absolutely stunning! • Chilean Sea Bass 🌟🌟🌟🌟 – Tasted like cod, with a crispy skin—fresh and delicious! • Lamb Chops 🌟🌟🌟 – Pretty good! • Steak 👎 – Not great, wouldn’t recommend. We didn’t even realize it was a Bulgarian restaurant at first, so we missed some traditional dishes. For dessert, the server brought a whole board with 8–9 different Bulgarian sweets 🍰—all looked incredible! We forgot what we picked, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice! 🕯️ The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate—tables were spaced nicely for privacy. After days of noisy buffets, this dinner was a peaceful escape.
