Sobaya
I had the most delightful experience at Sobaya, a hidden gem in New York for authentic Japanese soba noodles! ๐ The noodles were incredibly chewy and perfectly cooked, with a rich, nutty flavor that just made every bite so satisfying. ๐ I was originally planning to eat at Hi-Collar next door, but the wait was just too long. I was getting hungry, and then I spotted Sobaya. The place looked inviting, and I thought, โWhy not give it a try?โ ๐ I went with the special lunch set, which included the Sake Oyako Don with Cold Soba. You had the option to choose between soba or udon noodles, and Iโm so glad I went with soba. The salmon in the Oyako Don was super fresh, and the combination of flavors was just perfect. ๐ฃ I also couldnโt resist trying the tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette), and it was a great choice! It was soft, sweet, and had this amazing texture that just melted in my mouth. ๐ฅ The best part? The price was totally reasonable, making it an absolute steal for the quality and quantity of food. ๐ฐ I left feeling completely satisfied and already planning my next visit. Iโd definitely come back to try more of their dishes, especially the tempura sobaโIโve heard itโs amazing! ๐ค If youโre in the area and craving some delicious Japanese noodles, Sobaya is the place to go. Trust me, you wonโt be disappointed! ๐ ๐ 229 E 9th St, New York, NY 10003 #NewYork #JapaneseFood #SobaNoodles #FoodieAdventures ๐
