Sochi Travel – 4 Days & 3 Nights 🌊🌞

Day 1 🚶🏻‍♀️➡️ Walked along the coast and arrived in Adler around 7 PM. 🏨 Staying in Adler is super convenient—it’s central and well-connected by train or bus. 🚌 Took a bus to Sochi (about 1–1.5 hours). 🍽️ First meal at Santorini – delicious! Ordered seafood pasta, seafood hummus, seafood tomato risotto, and a lamb shank. Everything was good, though the lamb was a bit gamey. 🎣 Went to the pier to ask about fishing tours—ended up booking online (prices in Sochi are higher than in Adler, both online and offline 🫢). 🌆 Afternoon city walk. 🍤 Dinner at Чайхана – tried small sweet shrimp and steamed fish. Tasty! (Note: many items are sold by weight – check carefully!). Day 2 🚡 Headed early to Rosa Khutor (student discount available). 😵 So crowded… long lines everywhere. ⛰️ Took three cable cars + a final walk to the waterfall. ☀️ Summer visit wasn’t super exciting—no snow at the top, just lots of sun. Got a tan (and a bit sunburned 🙃). 🍜 Quick bite at Surf around 4 PM, then returned to Adler for dinner at Pro.Хинкали. 🥟 Their khinkali and pie weren’t as good as the ones in Pyatigorsk—meat filling was thin. But the tripe and offal hotpot was surprisingly tasty! Day 3 🚤 Booked a 6 AM sea fishing trip 🎣 – 10 people, 2.5 hours total (including two fishing stops and a swim break!). 🐟 They cooked the fish we caught—so fresh and delicious 🤤! 🐬 Even spotted dolphins! Lucky us! 🎡 Went to Olympic Park and the amusement park (student discounts available). 🎢 Highly recommend the thrill rides! Tried two roller coasters – purple and yellow. 👍 Yellow one: launched start + leg-lock safety bar – literally felt like my soul was left behind 😂 So fun! 👍 Purple one: super popular – go early! It goes both forward and backward with 360° spins. The first drop is scream-worthy! 🔄 The swing ride felt like flying out – typical extreme Russian style! 🎪 Also caught a circus show and ice skating performance – great value! Check the schedule and book early. ⛲ Skipped the fountain show, grabbed a scooter, and headed to the sea for mussels at Мидийное Место. 🍻 Took away food + two beers and enjoyed them by the beach!
