📍Soergel Orchards Located just a 10-minute drive north of Pittsburgh, this sprawling farm offers a wide range of activities, products, and shops—much closer to the city than most other farms! With over eight specialty stores, I spent more than an hour exploring and it’s now my absolute favorite farm. 🚜🌾 Activities 🍂 Apple Picking Their orchard grows multiple apple varieties for visitors to pick amid beautiful autumn scenery. Pricing is by the bag—a small bag typically costs $5–$10. (Seasonal crops like corn are also available.) 🍂 Pumpkin Patch Visit A vast, photogenic pumpkin field where you can choose the perfect pumpkin for decoration or baking. Prices start at a few dollars based on size and weight. 🎃 🍂 Hayride Tours A popular family activity—enjoy scenic views of the countryside and experience traditional farm fun.
