It's the largest outlet in the Kansai region, featuring luxury brands, affordable labels, and a food court. ๐๏ธ ๐ ใFerris Wheelใ Inside the outlet mall, there's a 270-degree sea view Ferris wheel for 700-800 yen ๐ด (cash or card accepted).
