๐Ÿ’œ Spring is here! Let's make some flower mirrors together(2)

3โƒฃ๏ธ Once you feel ready, you can start! The real work begins with the long tufting process. (It's actually quite tricky to keep the color blocks neatโ€”watch your lines and try not to let different colors of yarn mix together.) Don't worry if there are gaps; even if the backside looks a bit sparse, the front will still be super cute and fluffy! ๐Ÿงถ ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒŸ 4โƒฃ๏ธ Ask the teacher for help with some touch-ups. After that, you can trim the fluffy surface. They'll give you a razor ๐Ÿช’ and small scissors (kind of like grooming a dog's fur ๐Ÿ˜‚). 5โƒฃ๏ธ Apply glue to the back and blow-dry it until it's dry. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ 6โƒฃ๏ธ Once it's dry, you can take your masterpiece off the frame and place it on a large table to do some final trimming, cutting, and assembling. This includes installing the mirror and doing some final touches. The teacher will still be there to guide you patiently and even help speed things up! ๐ŸคŽ ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒŸ The whole process was a bit tiring, but I absolutely loved the final product! It's not perfect, but it's a labor of love that blends perfectly with my home decorโ€”it's the perfect spring touch! ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Œ Oh, and the studio itself is beautifully decorated. After finishing your tufting, you can take lots of photos in front of the big mirror, and the teacher will even take and print photos for you! ๐Ÿ“ท ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒŸ All in all, my first tufting experience was really great! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun weekend activity. ๐Ÿ˜Œ #NYCSuburbs #NYCLife ๐ŸŒ†
