St. Louis | Menya Rui

Today I made a special trip to visit the much-hyped "Menya Rui" ramen shop🍜! The long queue at the entrance proved just how popular this place is. I ordered the most classic signature ramen—the first sip of the broth revealed the rich, slow-cooked bone marrow flavor, though it was a bit too salty for my preference😊. But I have to rave about their soft-boiled egg—gently poking it with chopsticks released a golden, flowing yolk that was silky smooth and simply the soul of this bowl of noodles!💖 My friend ordered the spicy tantanmen and the rich, dipping-style tsukemen. Both were delicious after a few tastes, but compared to them, I still preferred the pure, traditional flavor of my own ramen😌. The noodles had a perfect chewy texture, the chashu was tender and flavorful, and paired with that half soft-boiled egg, every bite was pure enjoyment~👏 After the meal, sipping refreshing barley tea under the warm lighting in the shop, I felt completely healed🌟. Even with the wait, this delicious bowl was totally worth it! Highly recommend adding the soft-boiled egg—it absolutely elevates the entire ramen experience~👍 #RamenReview #FoodDiary #PerfectSoftBoiledEgg #JapaneseRamen #FoodieLife #MenyaRuiVisit #FoodRecommendation #SatisfiedToday
