🌟 Katie's Pizza & Pasta – Rock Hill 🏠 9568 Manchester Rd, St. Louis, MO 63119 If you ask me which restaurant I’d revisit first when returning to STL, this one would easily make the top 2! I’ve had way too many amazing dishes here 🥹. Can’t wait—here are some reviews: 🍝 Black Spaghetti 🤩🤩🤩 My absolute favorite! Hands down. Squid ink pasta loaded with generous portions of seafood—shrimp, scallops, and clams. It’s slightly spicy, but in short: SO GOOD 😭. A must-order! 🧀 Figs & Whipped Ricotta Incredibly delicious! Sweet figs paired with creamy ricotta and drizzled honey, all served on a crispy flatbread. The mix of textures and flavors is just chef’s kiss 😭👌. 🍄 Chanterelle Mushroom Burrata Again, so good. Mushroom lovers, you need this in your life! 🍕 Potato Pizza & Egg 🥔🥚 Might sound unusual, but trust me—it’s amazing. Potatoes, ham, and rosemary come together for an unexpectedly delicious combo. 🍰 Tiramisu Pretty standard, not as outstanding as the other dishes mentioned above. 🍕 Sausage & Red Wine Vinegar Pizza? (Forgot the name!) A unique and interesting flavor—great for the adventurous eater! 😆 🍡 Fried Cheese or Meatballs? (Memory’s fuzzy!) Decent portion, tasted alright, but not sure if it’s still on the menu. Katie’s and I share a special connection—I just realized I ate here both when I first arrived in STL years ago and right before leaving this year. Final thoughts? Must-order: Black Spaghetti 😍.
