The staff is incredibly friendly, and the 24-hour front desk makes check-in a breeze. Rooms are spacious and cozy, with a well-thought-out layout and all the amenities you could need. There's even an iPad to contact the front desk or order room service—super smart! 👏 The bathroom comes with a full set of Le Labo toiletries, a staple in many high-end hotels, and they smell divine! 🛁🌸 A big shout-out to the room's soundproofing! Even though it's lively downstairs at night, inside the room, it's peaceful and quiet. The blackout curtains are top-notch, and the bedding is so soft, you'll never want to leave! 🛌💤 My sleep quality has been amazing here! If you don't feel like going out, the hotel's restaurants have got you covered. The Clocktower serves authentic British cuisine in a charmingly English setting, complete with private rooms and a pool table 🎱—perfect for group gatherings!
