Stockholm Chinese Cuisine
🌸Fridays after work—wouldn't indulging in Chinese food be a disservice to the hard work of the week! This was my second time dining at EatEast, and while I didn't have a completely satisfying experience last time, I came this time without high expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Key point: They've introduced a new menu, and I started with their Sichuan Peppercorn Pork Intestines and Perch, which was incredibly delicious! The competition for perch dishes in Stockholm is really heating up.🌸 Dry Pot Pig's Feet and Spare Ribs 💛💛💛 I've already stepped on this landmine before, so why didn't I avoid it this time? The pig's feet were tough and lacked flavor, feeling like I was chewing on rice cakes. The spare ribs were okay but not impressive, and there was a slight unpleasant piggy odor. Not recommended.🌸 Spicy Duck 💛💛💛💛💛 Just as delicious as last time, it was out of this world! The duck was crispy, and as someone who doesn't usually like animal skin, I was searching the entire pot for duck skin to eat, haha. In addition, the soup was exceptional, with just the right amount of saltiness and a delightful aroma of duck fat. When I packed up my unfinished rice, I also scooped out several spoonfuls of spicy duck soup.🌸 #DryPot #GrilledFish #Guobaorou #SichuanCuisine #WeekendExploration #Stockholm ### name:Eat East address:Fleminggatan 11, 112 26 Stockholm type:place ###
