Strasbourg Christmas Market 🎄🍁
I only spent one day there, but I felt it was enough! ‼️ I took the Ouigo train from Paris! Paris 10 am ➡️ Strasbourg 12 pm Strasbourg 8 pm ➡️ Paris 10:30 pm Upon arrival, I strolled around the streets to see if there was anything I liked. When I got hungry, I went to the first market, or should I say, the entire city was a market. I bought a sausage sandwich which was quite good! It just lacked some vegetables! My friend had a spaetzle dish which was delicious! Just a bit too much. The market also had mulled wine, hot apple juice, hot orange juice, candied apples 🤣, cotton candy, Spanish doughnuts (churros), and BRETZEL! Their specialty! Sweet, salty, chocolate, cheese, and more. There were also many stalls selling decorations, chalets. I suggest not buying them 😭😭😭 I overpaid! Visit more souvenir shops, compare, and then make a decision! Don't be impulsive! For fridge magnets, 12€ for 3 is the limit. Don't buy if it's more than this price unless you really like it and can't find it elsewhere 😂 But generally, the goods are similar, and the prices vary a lot! Outside the market are shops you can find all over Paris. But ❌ avoid Le comptoir de Mathilde hot chocolate ❌ Super sweet and only half a cup 😐. When tired, Strasbourg has a petit train where you can sit and see all the city's attractions while listening to the city's history! Very interesting and highly recommended 8€ per person (available in Chinese). At 6 pm, the Christmas tree 🎄 lights will come on in sync with music, a small show that doesn't require a long stay as it's nothing special 😂. You can bring a camera! There are many beautiful spots, especially when the lights come on at night. Don't worry about theft; the city is very safe! From the train station, you'll walk into communities with checks, and there are police patrols on almost every street and market, smiling and talking to you! They're quite handsome too ‼️ This city is very charming. I went on a Wednesday! I wonder if it's more lively on weekends! #Christmas #ChristmasMarket #Strasbourg #Strasbourg #FranceStrasbourg
