I’d been eyeing St. Vito’s for a while and finally had the chance to visit a few weeks ago. And what a wonderful experience it turned out to be! From the moment we stepped in, you could really feel the care and passion that the staff and owners pour into the food and the overall presentation. It’s a place that truly values detail and heart. My wife and I brought along a close friend, and we settled in at the bar—a perfect spot to soak in the warm, inviting atmosphere. 🍸 I started with an Amaro Highball, which was bright and effervescent, while my wife chose a refreshing mint cocktail. Both drinks were perfectly balanced and deliciously crafted. To start our culinary journey, we shared the broccoli appetizer with wild ramps, spring peas, and other tasty touches. It was not only bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors but also beautifully plated. You could tell every element was thoughtfully prepared, creating a perfect harmony on the palate. We absolutely loved it! 🥦 The sfincione (Sicilian-style pizza) was another highlight—we tried both the classic and the pepperoni versions. The dough was incredibly light and airy, and the pepperoni one was generously loaded with savory, crispy meat. So satisfying! We ended our meal with a vanilla panna cotta topped with a blood orange sorbet. It was the perfect finale—creamy, tangy, and not too sweet.
