Sumida Park
Here’s a list of cherry blossom spots that are just one stop away from Asakusa 🌸 🌊🎢 Kimono + cherry blossoms is the perfect combo 🌸 🌸🍃But wearing a kimono is something you have to experience to understand (it’s not so easy to move around!!) Of course, the closer the cherry blossom spot is to the kimono experience shop, the better 🌿 🌊🎢 Thoughtful little Koyuki has recommended a few locations that are all directly accessible from Asakusa’s kimono experience shops without any transfers. There are both popular spots and hidden gems with fewer people and more beautiful flowers. Choose one and go! 🌟 🌸 Sumida Park 🚶Just a 5-minute walk from my shop @Wakou Koyuki Ruri Kimono Photo Studio. Asakusa itself has a famous cherry blossom spot. The advantages are that it’s close and has lots of cherry blossoms. 🌸🍃 You can even capture the Tokyo Skytree in your photos! The downside is that it gets crowded. With over 500 cherry blossom trees in the park, it’s truly beautiful. 🌸 🌸 Kita-Senju Cherry Blossom Embankment 🚃Take the Tobu Isesaki Line (Tobu Skytree Line) directly from Asakusa Station to Kita-Senju Station. It’s just a 10-minute walk from there. 🌸🍃 There are plenty of cherry blossom trees along the Arakawa River embankment, and it’s relatively less crowded, making it easy to take great photos #Tokyo 🌸
