Super Delicious Char Siu Ramen in New York’s East Village!!! 🍜

🎢This time, I’m giving a strong recommendation for the Smoked Pork Ramen ($21) at Momofuku Noodle Bar! 🌟 🍃After sipping a few spoonfuls of the clear broth, I stirred in the poached egg, making the flavor even richer! There are two big pieces of char siu, substantial and satisfying. The meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich aroma that fills the air. You don’t need to add any extra meat! The bamboo shoots are also fresh and crunchy. So delicious! 🍜 When I went at 2 p.m., the place was packed! It’s really that popular. Luckily, I was able to find a spot at the bar counter, squeezed in between other diners. Haha! 😄 🌊 There are two locations of this restaurant on the island, one in the Upper East Side and one in the East Village. I went to the East Village one. 📍 📍Momofuku Noodle Bar 171 1st Ave., New York, NY 10003 #NewYorkFoodExploration #NewYorkFoodGuide 🌆🌟
