Super Delicious Local Brunch in Paris | Bon Bouquet

On our way to have lunch with friends over the weekend, we stumbled upon a place with a long line of people waiting outside... Intrigued, we checked Google Maps and found nearly 8k reviews with a 4.8-star rating! It's a French-inspired, Instagrammable brunch spot. We immediately added it to our must-try list 😋 and made plans to visit this week. The interior decor is truly Instagram-perfect, with a French + tropical plant theme. The greenery and pink walls make for great photos, and sitting by the window is super chill. 🌿 We decided to try both sweet and savory dishes since we were already there: ▪️ **Cinnamon Rolls Pancakes** I wasn't a fan of cinnamon rolls back in my home country, but I've come to appreciate the deliciousness of cinnamon here. The thick pancakes are beautifully stacked, topped with cinnamon cream and pecan crumbs. They're sweet but not overwhelming, which is delightful. However, either because we let them cool down too much or because we were already full, the pancakes felt quite dense without the cream, making them a bit dry. 🥧 ▪️ **Benedict Eggs/Toast with Salmon** Both of us salmon lovers tried two different versions. The toast came with avocado mash and fruit, while the Benedict eggs were served with fried potatoes and a whole avocado. Super satisfying! The portions were larger than expected, making this meal feel like two meals in one. ☝🏻 ☕️ We ordered two pistachio-based drinks: pistachio latte and pistachio matcha. The cups were adorned with pistachio crumbs using peanut butter, and there was no almond flavor at all! They were both delicious and visually appealing. 😍 😶 **The place only accepts walk-ins, so it's best to arrive early or after 2:00 PM to miss their brunch rush.
