Super Delicious Sichuan Peppercorn Duck Breast in New York π
After work today, I tried the much-talked-about Nudibranch, a restaurant that claims to have successfully replicated the duck dish from Eleven Madison Park. πΈ Their appetizer, fried bullfrog legs, was incredibly crispy and delicious. The mushroomsπβπ« paired with the egg mixture were quite unique and the seasoning was very fragrant. Their duck was indeed fantastic! The duck skin had a delightful layer of Sichuan peppercorns, which was a wonderful surprise. π’ The duck meat was super tender and was served with scallion pancakes and a special sweet sauce. You could make duck meat wraps, which was quite a unique experience. πFor dessert, we had the Basque cake, which had a strong cheese flavor that I really enjoyed.
