Super Delicious Sichuan Peppercorn Duck Breast in New York 🌟

After work today, I tried the much-talked-about Nudibranch, a restaurant that claims to have successfully replicated the duck dish from Eleven Madison Park. 🌸 Their appetizer, fried bullfrog legs, was incredibly crispy and delicious. The mushrooms🍄‍🟫 paired with the egg mixture were quite unique and the seasoning was very fragrant. Their duck was indeed fantastic! The duck skin had a delightful layer of Sichuan peppercorns, which was a wonderful surprise. 🎢 The duck meat was super tender and was served with scallion pancakes and a special sweet sauce. You could make duck meat wraps, which was quite a unique experience. 🍃For dessert, we had the Basque cake, which had a strong cheese flavor that I really enjoyed.
