I had the most delicious Hokkaido Uni in New York! 🦀💕 🌟Masaaki - Found an Omakase with Superb Value Near Flushing! 🥰 📍 214-16 41st Ave, Queens, NY 11361 This restaurant has been on my wish list for a long time, and today I finally had the chance to visit while in Flushing! We opted for the $98/person menu, which included 15 courses. The portions were incredibly generous! We also added the A5 Wagyu with Black Truffle Rice, and it did not disappoint! The combination of the Wagyu’s rich marbling and the aromatic black truffle was absolutely divine! 🌟 Here are some of the most impressive pieces: 🍣 Hokkaido Uni 🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ This was my absolute favorite! The uni was piled so high it almost overflowed! Every bite was met with an exclamation of delight! The uni was cool, sweet, and incredibly fresh. You could tell it was of the highest quality as soon as it hit your tongue. 🦀 🍣 Caviar, Gold Leaf, and Tuna Toro 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The toro was incredibly fatty, with generous portions of fish in each piece. The rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture was simply amazing. Toro will always be my favorite, and the addition of gold leaf made the sushi look even more exquisite! 🎉 #NewYork 🗽
