Super Niche Michelin Restaurant ⭐️

📍 One White Street We tried the tasting menu when this place first opened, and as we predicted, it later earned a Michelin ⭐️! The tasting menu is rare in that it scored an impressive 8/10 (for those who know, a 5/10 is already considered a good review). 🏡 The ambiance is super chill. It's in an old building with a lot of history. For lunch, you can sit at the bar and watch the cooking and cocktail-making show. For dinner, upstairs offers a view of the street corner trees swaying in the wind. It's perfect for chatting or even getting romantic. 🍃 Lunch scored 7/10 by a southern friend, which is naturally not as high as the tasting menu, but still commendable. 💰 Lunch was super filling, and the average cost per person was just over $60. Isn't that an amazing value for money?❗️ Dinner now has a tasting menu that I don't know how much it's increased to, but there's also an à la carte menu. 🥃 Ordered a drink similar to an Old Fashioned, which even had a 1WST logo. It was good but still has room for improvement. #NewYork 🥃
