—————— Snacks Section 👇🏼 Soft-Boiled Egg Rice Ball 🍙 The rice is soft and sticky, filled with moist soft-boiled eggs, crispy fried dough sticks, and plenty of meat floss, offering a rich texture. It's my favorite of this trip (only available in the morning). Mochi Donut 🍩 This is closer to an American-style donut 🍩. It's coated with cinnamon sugar on the outside, and inside is a chewy and glutinous mochi dough with a slightly salty taste, reminding me of the fried glutinous rice cakes I had as a child. Initially, it seemed strange, but the more I ate, the more addictive it became. Custard Cream Toast 🍞 Like the donuts, these are made to order. The toast is incredibly thick ‼️The side with the cream is sweet and delicious, while the side without is dry, which I don't like. Main Dish Section 👇🏼 Dry-Mixed Mutton Sauce Noodles 🍜 The sauce is excellent, with a strong and fragrant mutton flavor! However, the noodles lack the desired chewiness ✋🏼. Braised Pork Rice 🍚 This dish is a modified version. The braised pork is very fragrant, and the fried shallots are sweet and crispy.
