Super Popular Italian Pizza in Chelsea Market, New York 🍕
🌟Chelsea Market is always bustling with people on weekends. I usually don't come here, but this time I brought my dad for a visit and decided to check out this pizza place I've been wanting to try. 🍴 Filaga 📍 Inside Chelsea Market This place seems to be quite popular among foreigners—I was the only Asian face in the crowd. It was busy, but the wait wasn't too long. 🌟 I ordered three different pizzas: one with broccoli rabe and sausage, one with spicy tomato sauce and salami, and one with cheese🧀, mushrooms🍄🟫, and ham. Summary: I recommend the third one, the [cotto e funghi]. The first and second ones were a bit too salty for my taste, especially the second one. 🌟The salami was very salty, and even though the crust and sauce were flavorful, it was just too much for me. The third pizza, with its fresh and fragrant mushrooms🍄🟫 and just the right amount of saltiness from the ham, was much more balanced. The cheese🧀 wasn't overwhelming, and the pizza crust had a nice chewiness and thickness that I really liked. Overall, I think Filaga is worth a try in Chelsea Market, but be prepared that the pizzas might be on the salty side. #FoodieDiary #NewYorkExploration #NewYorkCuisine 🌃🌟
