Supposedly the Best Burger in New York π
π 4 Charles Prime Rib π I've heard about this place for a long time, but I'm really not that into eating meat. I usually avoid steak houses. However, I was quite interested in their burger since it has made it to the top of many burger lists. πΏπBut to be honest, I wasn't really willing to go through the trouble of making a reservation just for a burger.π Recently, a friend managed to get a brunch reservation for Sunday at 11 a.m., so we decided to give it a try. The burger was truly amazing, and the overall food quality was really high. π³π The cheeseburger is a must-order for every table. The patty is fresh, and the sauce is rich. I suggest that a group of three or four friends can share one as sliders. If two people order it, they probably won't have room for much else. The staff will put on an exaggerated show of cutting the runny yolk and then thoughtfully divide it for everyone. They even cut the pickles into four pieces. It's rare to see such attention to detail for a burger.π π₯ͺ The French dip is quite similar to Philly cheese steak. If you've already ordered the burger, you might want to skip this, or it could get a bit too rich. π₯ I also recommend two sides: Truffle Mac & Cheese and Creamed Spinach. Both have a very creamy texture and are incredibly rich with every bite. Since it was lunch, I was already full by the time the rib arrived. I strongly suggest coming for dinner instead. Lunch can be a bit too heavy, of course, assuming you can get a dinner reservation.π #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkExploration ππ
